A 6-unit townhouse project designed as a duplex and a fourplex above a basement garage framing a large roof deck courtyard that descends to street level through a security gate archway entry. Exterior finish is three-tone stucco with aluminum channel grid patterns. Basements have bonus rooms adjacent to 2-car garages, with living rooms at the deck level and bedrooms at the upper level with stairwells that rise up to pyramid shaped skylights.
